Chapter Context

This text describes Jesus beginning his mission and choosing his disciples. Jesus is becoming all things to everyone by preaching the gospel and performing miracles and signs. The message is that each of us should imitate Christ in our family, society and work.

- Jesus specially selected His 12 disciples.
- We Christians too, are the disciples of Jesus.

- We should be merciful as Jesus is.
- We must spread the Good News that Jesus gave us.

- Tell your friends about Jesus .
- Help others in their needs.

Read from lesson that describes the miracles of Jesus – Read verses Mathew 10 : 1 - 8. Enlighten children about the miracles performed by Jesus. Use appropriate pictures.
