Chapter Context

This lesson speaks on Jesus who suffered pain and was wounded for our sins. It helps us to understand Jesus who was persecuted and reminds us that we are the disciples of Jesus and it is our duty to comfort and bring relief to those who are suffering in our community and society.

Let them write that in the chart paper. When the rosary of Bible Verses is completed, display the same in the class. Other activities:

  2. What we can do for others:

There may be persons who suffer in many ways with in our own parish. Make a plan to find out such persons and help them. The teacher shall help the students in this. Even if a small gesture it may be, it will develop the habit of giving help to those who suffer.
