Chapter Context

The purpose of this lesson is to compare the church to the body and its members and explain that the missions of each one of us as members of the church are different. Through this lesson, teachers should be able to convey the message to the children that the growth of the church is possible when I am doing my mission by being close to the head Messiah.

c. Sacraments help the growth of divine grace in us.

a. Pray for God’s grace so that we receive sacraments with preparation and due reverence.
b. Think and speak about sacraments only with reverence.
Habit

a. Take care not to lose the divine grace that we have received through baptism by committing sin.
b. Thank God who endowed us with a life of divine grace
